CJP Insurance Agency LLC is an independent agency serving clients in West Virginia and surrounding states. The agency will provide auto/car insurance, homeowners insurance, commercial/business insurance, classic auto insurance, flood insurance, bike and boat insurance, workers compensation coverage, bonds, and will offer notary public services. We’re dedicated to a high standard of excellence, providing the insured with superb coverage and claims while also providing diligent underwriting of risks and business-friendly solutions. CJP Insurance Agency, LLC. was founded in 2025 and is owned and operated by Alicia (Swisher) Poloka of Weston, WV. Alicia has been a dedicated, friendly, helpful, honest, professional and knowledgeable insurance agent for over 38 years. Alicia is a lifetime resident of Lewis County, WV where she grew up on her parents, Robert and Mary Ann Swishers’ farm on Berlin Rd. Later Alicia met the love of her life Charles Poloka and made a life on Glady Fork Rd with their 2 sons Josh and Zach. During their 36 years of marriage Chuck owned and operated Glady Fork Archery. Alicia is an active member of the church, and several organizations in the community.

In late October of 2024 Chuck left this earth to be with the Lord. Chuck had always told me to start my own insurance agency, and I was always too afraid too. His death gave me the courage to do what he always told me to do, so while trying to come up with a name for my agency I knew I wanted to memorialize Chuck as a constant reminder of what his dream was for me. So here is to Charles John Poloka “CJP” Insurance Agency LLC.

The office manager for the agency is Alicia’s daughter-in-law Andrea Swisher. Andrea was born and raised in Mason County, WV but has relocated to Weston, WV. She will be an asset to the agency with over 14 years of excellent customer service, and over 4 years of management. She is married to her soulmate Josh Swisher and between the 2 of them they have 6 wonderful children: Blake, Alexandra, Aaron, Arabella, Addison and Kayce. Andrea is currently taking classes to also become a licensed insurance agent for the agency. She is an active member in the community and attends a lot of youth activities.
